ThaiLawOnline is now offering tax ID registration services for foreigners. For a fee of 3,500 baht, we manage the entire process, ensuring that you receive your tax ID number by the end of the year, covering all provinces across Thailand.
We understand that many foreigners face challenges in navigating the Thai language or might not know where or how to apply for a tax ID. To simplify this for you, we offer this service at an affordable rate. Some law firms charge up to 15,000 baht for the same service, but weโre committed to making it accessible.
The process is simple and consists of three steps:
A) Fill out a form: Request the form by emailing us, and weโll send you a link. It is well explained and you can upload documents.
B) Make the payment: Transfer the 3,500 baht fee to our Kasikorn bank account.
C) Submit your documents: Send a signed copy of your passport (with blue ink) and a Power of Attorney (POA) to our main office in Bangkok.
Please note that we require at least three clients per province to offer this service, as we need to travel to each location for registration. If we do not reach the minimum number of requests in your province, we will fully refund your payment.
Important:
If youโve previously filed a tax return in Thailand or hold a yellow ta bian baan (house registration) or pink ID card, you already have a tax ID number and do not need to apply.
Expats who wish to declare foreign income for the year 2024 must obtain a tax ID number by March 31, 2025.
